POSITION SUMMARY:

The Contract Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer contracts, maintaining pricing integrity within ERP systems, and driving effective contract management throughout the contract lifecycle. This role will work Sales Operations to manage contract data, monitor customer compliance, calculate rebates and admin fees, and provide operational support for other pricing and contracting activities. Contracts to be supported will be at the local hospital, Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) levels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

Manage the customer contract process to ensure accuracy and completeness of terms and pricing. This will include managing expiration dates and processing completed contracts in the ERP system.

Update and validate pricing in the ERP system to reflect approved contracts and governance rules.

Monitor tier compliance and contract performance, providing reports and insights to the Corporate Account team.

Support governance processes by preparing documentation for pricing council and assisting with audits.

Collaborate with Sales and Corporate Accounts teams to resolve contract discrepancies and ensure timely execution.

Identify opportunities to streamline contract operations and improve process efficiency.

Calculate rebate accruals and GPO administrative fee payments, and other operational checks as needed based on current rebate strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.

2+ years of experience in contract administration, operations, or related role (MedTech or healthcare preferred).

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems and strong attention to detail for data accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as required

Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull

Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally over 25 pounds

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
