Construction Services Lead
Job Description
Olsson provides construction management, administration, and observation services for public and private projects to ensure work is performed in conformance with project documents. Our services include daily observation and inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing.
As the Construction Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Olsson's construction services presence across Colorado's Front Range. Leveraging the support and expertise of an established construction services team, you will help expand our Construction Administration and Management services in Colorado, with a focus on the Denver and Colorado Springs markets where Olsson already maintains a strong engineering presence.
This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up while leveraging the resources and expertise of an established team. As the Colorado presence grows, you will recruit, develop, mentor, and ultimately lead a team of construction managers and inspectors while overseeing the delivery of construction administration, management, inspection, and observation services throughout the state. Working primarily on heavy civil infrastructure projects, you will strengthen client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and support successful project delivery.
This role is ideal for a construction services professional who is energized by the opportunity to expand Olsson's successful construction services team into Colorado, develop local talent, and further strengthen Olsson's established presence across the Front Range.
This role involves local travel throughout Colorado. You will work in a variety of terrain and weather conditions.

8+ years of construction field operations experience managing and performing construction engineering and/or construction management projects.
4+ years of experience supervising and mentoring staff.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A valid driver's license with a good driving history.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.
Colorado Pay Range
$112,000—$154,000 USD
