Reports To: The Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

We’re seeking a dynamic, service-driven Concierge Associate to serve as the face of the office and create unforgettable first impressions. As the first point of contact for colleagues, clients, guests, and vendors, you will deliver a welcoming, elevated, and personalized experience.

Create Exceptional First Impressions
Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all guests and employees
Ensure every interaction is engaging, personal, and service-driven
Elevate the Workplace Experience
Conduct floor walks to maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocked supplies
Manage visitor registration and meeting room bookings using workplace technology
Track guest preferences and accommodate special requests creatively
Collaborate and Deliver Seamless Support
Partner with Workplace Experience and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional reception environment
Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–2+ years of client-facing or hospitality experience preferred
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work assigned schedules
Ability to lift/move up to 40–60 lbs. (with cart assistance)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
