Client Success Operations Coordinator
TechnologyAdvice is looking for a Client Success Operations Coordinator to help keep client campaigns running smoothly. You’ll work behind the scenes with our Client Success and internal operations teams to set up programs, track deliverables, prepare reports, and catch issues before they affect delivery.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed work, keeps multiple projects organized, and follows through when something needs to be fixed. You’ll help the team deliver on client commitments through accurate execution and clear internal communication.

Working Hours: 9PM to 6AM PHT (Apr - Oct) or 10PM to 7AM PHT (Nov - Mar)
What you'll do
Set up and maintain client programs in Salesforce, making sure campaign details, requirements, and timelines are accurate.
Monitor active programs, track deliverables, and flag pacing, quality, or execution issues to the right team members.
Troubleshoot campaign setup and delivery issues, working with internal teams to resolve them.
Prepare regular campaign reports and check data for accuracy before sharing it with the Client Success team.
Coordinate internal handoffs and follow up on open items so work stays on track.
Review leads and campaign elements against program requirements and flag anything that needs correction.
Keep campaign records and process documentation organized and up to date.
Identify recurring issues and suggest practical ways to improve team workflows.
Who you are
Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.
Highly organized and comfortable managing several programs and deadlines at once.
Detail-oriented, especially when working with campaign requirements, data, and reports.
A clear communicator who can give useful updates, ask questions, and follow up with internal teams.
Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to manage data, build reports, and check for accuracy.
Familiar with Salesforce or a similar CRM, or able to learn new systems quickly.
Proactive about spotting issues, finding answers, and escalating problems when needed.
Interested in learning how B2B demand generation campaigns work.
Must have a working laptop/pc and, internet, and a backup connection.

We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Monthly Pay Range
₱37,500—₱46,000 PHP
