Civil Engineering Internship - Rail Track

As an intern on the Rail Track team, you will perform meaningful, hands-on, real-world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career. You’ll be part of a team, working for our clients on projects involving railroad track and civil design, with our most experienced engineers. You may be involved in a variety of tasks including basic project design through CAD drafting, performing research, and writing technical reports. You may also travel to job sites for observation as needed.

We have one current internship opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Omaha, NE or Loveland, CO office location.

Strong communication skills

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pursuing a degree in civil engineering

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong attention to detail

Colorado Pay Range
