Business Support Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, preparing documentation, and assisting with follow-up actions.

Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth coordination of local activities and acting as a point of contact for office-related matters.

Support cross-functional teams with administrative, logistical, and operational tasks to ensure efficient execution of local initiatives.

Assist Fever Originals and other business units with event operations, including venue coordination, supplier communication, and onsite support during events.

Provide onsite operational support during events, ensuring smooth execution and helping resolve operational issues when needed.

Act as the designated Responsible Manager for the Online Travel Agency (OTA) business, overseeing compliance with applicable local requirements and serving as the point of contact with relevant authorities when necessary

ABOUT YOU

Candidates must meet the statutory criteria for Responsible Manager, including:

Legally authorized to work in Turkey (valid work permit)

Minimum high school graduate (or equivalent)

Holds Enformasyon Memurluğu Belgesi and Enformasyon Memuru Yabancı Dil Başarı Belgesi OR holds a professional tourist guide badge (kokart)

Minimum 2 years employment experience in a travel agency role related to travel agency activities

Able to satisfy the “fitness” conditions aligned to travel agency ownership/management (e.g., relevant clean criminal record status, not bankrupt, etc.)

Preferred qualifications (nice to have)

Experience in OTA / e-commerce travel operations (flights/hotels/experiences), channel management, and customer service operations.

Familiarity with Turkish tourism ecosystem, supplier contracting norms, and compliance culture.

Working knowledge of GDS / bedbanks / tour inventory platforms.

Strong English (and/or one of the commonly recognized languages in the framework: English/French/German/Italian/Arabic).
