The Role:

Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.

Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth.

Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.

Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved.

Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth.

Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning

Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
