Strategy and Value Creation Intern
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Analysis & Value Creation
Analyze newly acquired companies to understand their business model, operational structure, and key value drivers.
Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities during integration (revenue synergies, operational efficiencies, scalability improvements).
Support the design and tracking of value creation roadmaps to ensure integration delivers measurable impact.
Translate strategic objectives into structured action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Integration Planning & Execution
Assist in the development and execution of integration plans across Product, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Corporate functions.
Support cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of integration milestones.
Identify risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks, proactively escalating insights when needed.
Contribute to improving integration methodologies and playbooks.
Performance Monitoring & Impact Tracking
Build structured frameworks to monitor post-integration performance.
Analyze KPIs and operational data to assess whether value creation targets are being achieved.
Prepare clear, data-driven updates for senior stakeholders and leadership.
Cross-Functional Strategy Execution
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate teams to implement strategic initiatives.
Help structure and coordinate high-impact cross-functional projects.
Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, proactively proposing solutions.
Process Optimization & Playbooks
Contribute to refining value creation methodologies and strategic frameworks.
Support the documentation of best practices and the continuous improvement of internal playbooks.
Who you are:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (strongly preferred), Business, Economics, or a quantitative field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.
Comfortable working with numbers, performance metrics, and complex business problems.
High level of ownership, proactivity, and intellectual curiosity.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
Interest in strategy, value creation, operations, consulting, private equity, or M&A.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
