At Fever, the Category Management team drives marketplace growth by shaping sales strategy, optimizing content and categories, and ensuring top-quality standards across every listing. We analyze performance, refine processes, and empower sales teams to reach their goals. By curating marketplace content and enhancing setup and copy, we maximize visibility and conversion.
Working closely with QA and Sales, we identify issues early, streamline workflows, and create solutions that keep our marketplace running smoothly and efficiently.

Join our team as a Business Operations and Automation Intern role and help drive Fever's business plan across all markets!
The role:
Support our sales teams in businalesess-as-usual tasks by introducing automations and tooling that would expand their capabilities.
Identify and address inconsistencies in our CRM databases, assess problems, and collaborate with the commercial teams to resolve them. Identity and deploy automations to increase self-service capabilities.
Provide direct support for Sales Enablement projects, focusing on process mapping and creating documentation, playbooks, and tutorials for other teams.
Collaborate with diverse teams across different markets in an international environment spanning up to 40 countries.
Who you are:
Proficient in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and read). Additional languages are a plus!
Have a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics. You are comfortable working with numbers and leveraging analytics tools for strategic decision-making.
Skilled in using advanced Google Sheets features (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas like IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF). Additionally, you either have or are eager to develop strong technical skills in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Google Sheets, or Airtable.
Naturally organized and process-oriented, with the curiosity to not only follow workflows but also understand their inputs and outputs. Capable of documenting processes effectively.
Thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment and are always on the lookout for opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
You are available to sign an internship agreement with your university from January 2027 for 6 months.
