Business Analyst
Your role and impact:
As a Business Analyst at WhiteTech, you will contribute to conducting detailed business analysis, understanding market dynamics, and enhancing our product offerings. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure our products not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our customers. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and innovative, able to learn and adapt quickly.
Your key responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects and initiatives.
Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking purposes.
Collecting and prioritizing the product requirements from stakeholders and the focus groups.
Developing detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation to outline product features and functionalities.
Identifying and addressing gaps in current products and processes.
Working with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products.
Providing technical support to internal sales, operations units, and partner engineering teams.
Participating in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring post-integration of solutions.
Creating technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, user manuals, and training materials for clients.
Managing internal knowledge transfer and conducting product demonstrations to stakeholders.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments.
Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma).
Experience with SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
