Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Delivery department and support new project requirements. The role involves leveraging strong business analysis and collaboration skills within a customer-focused environment to ensure project success. This position will align with Agile methodologies and contribute to the financial technology (FINTECH) sector through effective documentation, process mapping, and problem-solving strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements documents and user stories.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and objectives.

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure alignment with Agile methodologies.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, including process mapping.

Identify and resolve business problems through critical thinking and strategic solutions.

Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.

Support ongoing project delivery in a FINTECH-focused environment.
