Branch Manager (Sales & Leadership)

As Branch Manager, you'll combine strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to help your team achieve ambitious goals while delivering exceptional service to clients and job seekers. You'll coach and develop your team, drive business growth, and create a culture where people can do their best work

You will:

Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients

Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.

Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges.

Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting

Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.

Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls

Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients

You have:

Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment

A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture

Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills

Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills

Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 base salary (monthly bonuses too!)

Location: Glendale Heights, IL

This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
