We are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer with strong technical curiosity and a desire to grow their engineering skills. In this role, you'll work with a team of experienced engineers to deliver projects, solve complex challenges, and take on increasing responsibility in engineering analysis, design, and project coordination. As a continuing developmental Engineer-in-Training (EIT), you'll apply established engineering principles, contribute to practical design solutions, and continue building the technical and professional skills needed for long-term career growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Design Solutions by developing calculations, models, and construction documents to deliver safe, practical industrial facilities.
Deliver Projects by supporting design, coordination, and project documentation for successful project outcomes.
Solve Challenges by applying engineering principles and collaborating with experienced engineers to develop effective solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams with engineers, designers, clients, and contractors to advance project goals.
Grow Your Expertise through hands-on experience with structural analysis, design software, and real-world projects.
Support Quality Delivery by preparing calculations, reports, and documentation that meet project requirements.
Develop Others by mentoring interns and sharing technical knowledge.
Gain Field Experience through site visits that verify conditions and support design and construction activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis.
A minimum of one year of engineering experience.
Must possess an Engineer Intern (EI) certificate.
Experience developing detailed 3D models and construction documentation in Autodesk Revit.
Familiar with ACAD Software, RISA 3D, EnerCalc, MS Excel, and Hilti/Dewalt design.
