Track trends, analyse feedback, and share insights to shape smarter strategies

Work closely with Ops, Marketing, and Revenue to create seamless guest and client experiences – we’re one band, after all

Represent the spark of Ruby with confidence and a wink at trade fairs, events, and networking nights

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

A few years of experience in hotel sales or account management, and a strong local network to match

A curious mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a healthy dose of drive

Hands-on energy and the ability to stay calm, even when things get lively

Comfort with CRM tools and MS Office, plus an instinct for good organization

Feel at home in CRM tools and Excel sheets – and somehow still keeps everything perfectly organized

Fluent English and Swedish with a knack for authentic communication
