In everything you do, you will be data driven at heart, leveraging core statistical principles to help us separate the signal from the noise, and ensure your strategic decisions are backed with analytical rigor.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of the media landscape, including media terminology and the structure of National Linear and CTV
Utilize media system to view booked commercial units and issue traffic instructions directly to linear vendors showing accurate creative messaging to be aired during specific programming
Lead resolution of issues where vendors are missing traffic instructions or commercial materials
Support media buyers across all accounts
Steward and maintain media buys on assigned accounts.
Request and track schedules, logs, post data, and other materials from media partners
Input schedules into buying systems and generate post-buy analysis reports.
Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely processing of client and vendor invoices.
Maintain buy records, contracts, and post-buy documentation.
Identify and recommend solutions to day-to-day stewardship issues.
Stay current on media industry trends and emerging technologies.
Communicate buy maintenance needs to vendors and ensure timely follow-through.
Prepare and deliver reports to clients within set deadlines.
Routinely review buy specifications provided by media teams with an understanding of Client expectations.
Coordination with media partners to assist with activating approved sponsorships deliverables as needed.
Keep buy files accurate and up to date with complete financial information aligned with the buying system.
Manage Investment & Sponsorships makes goods as well as help with tracking and organizing added value into quarterly tracking charts, meeting all deadlines.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency with Excel, Google suite of products
BA/BS degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics a plus)
Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented and organized.
Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment.

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
Salary Range:
$60,000—$65,000 USD
