What You'll Do
The Associate Manager, Brand Management, Lifestyle - LATAM is a key operational and strategic partner driving growth and performance of Authentic's Lifestyle brand portfolio across the LATAM region. You'll balance hands-on execution with emerging leadership responsibilities, managing key licensing partnerships while contributing to brand strategy development. You are a driven professional who will oversee day-to-day partner relationships, analyze market trends, and help drive toward financial targets—all while maintaining operational excellence and supporting the Brand Manager on strategic initiatives.
What You'll Be Working On
PARTNER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Play an essential role in supporting the brand management team with day-to-day business management.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing licensing partners across the region and drive organic growth within the territory.
Maintain regular communication with licensing partners through calls and in-person meetings to understand their business models, product development cycles, and challenges, while providing strategic support to identify growth opportunities and drive retail profitability.
STRATEGIC ANALYSIS & MARKET INSIGHTS
Conduct and synthesize consumer trend research, competitive analysis, and category growth studies to inform strategic recommendations.
Extract and synthesize performance data from existing partners—retail/wholesale sales, product categories, key accounts—to identify trends, benchmark performance, and deliver strategic recommendations for growth and profitability.
Continuously monitor global licensing deals and successful business cases across the portfolio, documenting category benchmarks and translating best practices to identify LATAM growth opportunities.
PRODUCT & CATEGORY STRATEGY EXECUTION
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Brand, Legal, Finance, Accounting, FP&A) and external licensing partners to develop and execute product and category strategies that sustain brand growth and ensure operational alignment.
Assist in negotiating new licensing agreements and approving distribution channels, serving as guardian of brand integrity and long-term brand health across all partner initiatives.
Identify new supply chain opportunities that could support partners and unlock additional growth for the brands.
EXECUTION & ADMINISTRATIVE EXCELLENCE
Oversee partner financial submissions including quarterly sales reports, forecasts, and annual budgets, providing guidance to ensure accuracy and timely data entry in Authentic's sales and royalty platform.
Develop and maintain organized systems and templates for partner communication, product catalogs, marketing plans, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Prepare meeting minutes, business summaries, and administrative reports as requested.
Manage legal and operational support, including contract amendments, renewals, customs clearances, trademark management, and other relevant documentation.
Must Haves
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in brand management, business development, brand marketing, or licensing program management.
Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a bias for action.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with demonstrated advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial modeling, and dashboard creation.
Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing royalty revenue and sales data.
Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and understand licensing agreements, amendments, and legal documentation with attention to commercial terms and risk mitigation.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal, required for daily communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate in meetings and presentations.
Willingness and ability to work in person at the Mexico City office.
