What you'll do

Support the sale. Partner with Sales and BDR as the technical and methodological credibility behind a pursuit. Get to the bottom of what the client really needs, shape the solution live in the room and carry the proposal you will be accountable for. Build pipeline, expand existing accounts and use partners such as UiPath, Microsoft, n8n, Anthropic, OpenAI and Appian strategically for positioning and leads.

Diagnose and quantify value. Lead value scans end-to-end and build the business case with clear KPIs, ROI and a benefits-tracking model a CFO can hold you to. Think in business outcomes, not tools.

Decide the approach. Decide case by case whether the answer is process redesign, a lower-risk non-AI solution or agentic AI. Own the stack, architecture and build-versus-buy decisions. Design target operating models, CoE structures and governance, including EU AI Act and GDPR.

Deliver the program. Lead large-scale programs across workstreams and vendors through the full lifecycle: discovery, process mining, prioritization, implementation, operations and scale. Spot risks early, escalate in time and defend the diagnosis under pressure.

Build the practice. Develop the value scan methodology, playbooks, standards and AI accelerators. Recruit, coach and lead a small team, create career paths and certifications, and feed DACH learnings into Roboyo's global practice.
