APAC Community Lead (Contract)
Role Overview:
The Community Lead for APAC will play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding the Sui community across the region. This person will be responsible for developing and executing community programming and events, driving adoption, and fostering a deep connection between Sui and its users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community management in web3, and a proven track record of scaling communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Programming & Events: Design, launch, and manage community initiatives that resonate with Sui's APAC audience. Organize events, both virtual and in-person, that drive engagement and foster a strong sense of community.
- Cross-Channel Engagement: Manage and grow regional market community engagement across multiple platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and forums. Ensure consistent communication and active participation across channels.
- Engagement & Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with key community members and builders. Act as the voice of the community within the Sui Foundation’s community channels, ensuring that feedback is integrated into decision-making processes. Find ways to spotlight key community and builder contributions.
- Content Creation & Amplification: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute high-quality content that educates, informs, and engages the community. Develop a content calendar to ensure consistency.
- Community Supporter Network: Existing relationships with, or strong familiarity with, APAC based crypto and trading communities.
- Moderation & Community Health: Oversee the moderation of community channels to ensure a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. Address conflicts and issues within the community proactively.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use analytics to assess community health, optimize engagement strategies, and report key metrics to the leadership team.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in community management. Proven track record of launching and scaling community programs.
- Communication: Native Mandarin speaker. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Web3 Knowledge: Deep understanding of Web3 culture, including familiarity with blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and the unique dynamics of Web3 communities.
- Event Management: Experience in planning and executing successful community events, both online and offline.
- Strategic & Tactical: Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align community efforts with broader company goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using community management tools, social media platforms, and data analytics tools.

- 确保各渠道保持一致、及时且积极的与社区成员沟通与互动。
社区互动与倡导（ENGAGEMENT & ADVOCACY）
- 建立并维护与核心社区成员、开发者及生态建设者（Builders）的长期关系。
- 作为社区声音的代表，在 Sui Foundation 社区渠道中收集并反馈社区意见，推动其纳入相关决策流程。
- 挖掘并展示优秀社区成员及开发者的贡献，提升社区影响力。
内容创作与传播（CONTENT CREATION & AMPLIFICATION）
- 与市场团队紧密合作，策划并发布高质量内容，为社区提供教育性、信息性及互动性的内容。
- 制定并维护内容发布计划（Content Calendar），确保内容持续稳定输出。
社区资源网络（COMMUNITY SUPPORTER NETWORK）
- 拥有亚太地区加密货币（Crypto）及交易（Trading）社区的人脉资源，或对相关社区有深入了解。
社区管理与健康度（MODERATION & COMMUNITY HEALTH）
- 负责社区日常管理及内容审核，营造积极、安全、包容的社区氛围。
- 主动处理社区中的冲突及问题，维护社区健康发展。
数据驱动运营（DATA-DRIVEN APPROACH）
- 利用数据分析评估社区健康状况，持续优化社区运营策略。
- 定期向管理团队汇报关键社区指标及运营成果。
任职要求
工作经验（EXPERIENCE）
- 3–5 年社区运营相关经验。
- 具有成功搭建并扩大社区项目规模的实际经验。
沟通能力（COMMUNICATION）
- 普通话母语水平（Native Mandarin Speaker）。
- 具备优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
WEB3 知识（WEB3 KNOWLEDGE）
- 深刻理解 Web3 文化。
- 熟悉区块链技术、去中心化应用（dApps）以及 Web3 社区生态和运作模式。
