Feedzai is looking for an Analyst Relations Manager that will be working closely with the wider global marketing team, being responsible for growing relationships with industry analysts globally.
You:
The Analyst Relations Manager provides feedback on overall product and marketing content and messaging and supports Marketing with analyst resources that can be leveraged for team initiatives including negotiating market research projects, webinars, papers analyst speaking engagements. Analyst Relations leads the positioning of Feedzai in the best light in vendor quadrants and market guides and requires close collaboration with other teams such as Sales and Product to develop Analyst Relations strategies. As the company grows rapidly this position has high visibility and is critical for promoting the Feedzai brand and for ensuring the company is in alignment with market trends.
Your Day to Day:
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for priority analysts, proactively scheduling briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions to educate them on product roadmaps, customer successes, and corporate strategy.
Report Management: Lead the company's participation in major analyst evaluations. This includes managing the submission process, coordinating executive interviews, and reviewing/distributing final reports.
Content & Messaging: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to develop compelling, analyst-friendly messaging, presentations, and product demonstrations that highlight competitive differentiation in the financial crime market.
Market Intelligence: Track analyst research agendas and coverage areas to identify emerging industry trends and competitive insights, sharing findings with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing) to inform strategy.
Internal Enablement: Educate internal teams (Sales, Marketing) on analyst findings and positioning to help them leverage reports and quotes effectively in sales cycles and marketing materials.
You Have & You Know-how:
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives for an analytical audience.
Previous analyst relations experience is not required. This important role is equally suited for someone with a retail banking background in either a solutions or operations function.
5+ years of total experience in financial services is essential.
Strong understanding of the specific challenges of Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or broader Financial Crime Compliance is highly desirable.
Experience or desire to work in a global role or working with multiple offices,
Exceptional Project Management skills.
Ability to understand and communicate business, marketplace, and value proposition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred/Valued Qualifications and Skills:
Strategic & Political Acumen: Ability to understand analyst methodologies, internal vendor bias, and how to strategically position a company to maximize scores and favorable commentary.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Highly skilled at working with executives, sales, product management, and marketing teams to align messaging.
FinTech & Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the competitive landscape and technologies used in financial crime .
Excellent English language skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing process and service providers (internal and external) to accomplish desired results
Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of analyst engagement efforts
