Analyst II, Treasury Operations
As a Treasury Operations Analyst II on the Treasury Operations team within Finance, you'll own the day-to-day administration of Coinbase's banking relationships, ensuring accounts are opened, maintained, and closed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You'll play a critical role in safeguarding operational integrity by managing user access controls and conducting KYC reviews across our banking partners.
What you'll do:
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of bank account administration, including opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and executing account closures across global banking partners.
Execute user access provisioning and de-provisioning for banking platforms, ensuring appropriate controls and audit trails are maintained.
Perform KYC reviews and documentation gathering to satisfy banking partner requirements and regulatory obligations.
Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure all banking activities align with internal policies and external regulations.
Support process documentation and improvement initiatives to scale Treasury Ops workflows as Coinbase grows its banking footprint.
Required Skills and Experience:
1+ years of experience in treasury operations, banking operations, or financial operations with direct exposure to bank account administration.
Demonstrated experience executing KYC documentation processes and managing banking partner requirements.
Proven ability to manage user access controls across financial platforms with strong attention to audit and compliance standards.
Familiarity with banking regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks relevant to account administration.
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
