Analyst, Credit Business Operations
Impact
As an Analyst, Credit Business Operations team focused on Credit & Account Operations, you will drive high-impact commercial initiatives across our institutional lending offerings while directly managing credit client account lifecycles. You will serve as the primary operational connector between Credit, Sales, Risk, Legal, and Compliance; spearheading seamless client onboarding, streamlining compliance workflows, and scaling institutional yield products.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role working directly with Credit and Sales leadership to expand FalconX’s market-leading credit platform.
You Will:
Coordinate end-to-end institutional client onboardings for credit and treasury management facilities.
Actively manage and prioritize the compliance queue, unblocking bottlenecks for top borrower prospects and Executive Sponsorship accounts.
Translate commercial credit strategy, yield initiatives, and structured financing solutions into cross-functional operational plans.
Program and project manage transformation initiatives across credit underwriting, collateral management, and risk infrastructure.
Own monthly and quarterly business reviews, credit pipeline trackers, and project plans for top borrower prospects and key institutional lending accounts.
Manage recurring operational processes for Credit and Lending across some of the most innovative sectors in digital assets.
Build and maintain operations, internal coordination frameworks, and partner analytics for new credit products, collateral types, and DeFi yield opportunities.
Act as a connector between the Credit Desk, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product to remove operational roadblocks.
You Have:
2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Startup Operations, or similar
Self-starter with a track record of balancing multiple projects at once
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
Experience with data analysis & translating insights into action
Effective communicator both verbally and in written communication
Strong operator who can overcome obstacles and navigate internally
Unparalleled confidentiality and understanding of discreet nature of some work
Experience with planning
Excellent organizational skills
Financial Services or Crypto experience a plus
MBA or similar advanced degree preferred but not required
The base pay for this role is expected to be between $94000 to $127000 in the New York City Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as location, skillset, experience, qualifications and the level at which the candidate is hired.
