AI Solutions Engineer
We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real business challenges. Role Responsibilities
Partner with engineers and non-technical stakeholders to ensure AI outputs are explainable, reliable, and usable
Design, test, and refine high-quality prompts for LLMs to support content generation, analysis, and automation
Apply software architecture and design principles when integrating AI into systems
Define practical evaluation criteria, test cases, and feedback loops to measure and improve AI output quality.
Apply software architecture and design principles when integrating AI into systems and business processes, including appropriate testing and documentation.
Communicate technical concepts clearly and help stakeholders understand the capabilities and limitations of AI solutions
Required Experience
3–8 years of professional software engineering or development experience
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, testing, debugging, documentation, and engineering best practices
Practical experience with AI prompt engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt design, prompt chaining, evaluation, and iteration
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
Experience working in business-facing or consulting-style environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical judgment
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and iterate quickly
Nearshore experience or availability with meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours is strongly preferred
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and best practices (e.g., data structures, algorithms, system design, architecture)
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or similar tools

Experience with C#, TypeScript, and/or SQL
