About this Position

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to join our G-P's Gia AI Engineering team, building the data and AI tooling behind Gia's go-to-market: pipelines, integrations, analytics and agent workflows.

What you will do:

Build and run data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and Databricks

Maintain the GTM analytics models and dashboards

Ship LLM-based agents and automations for Sales, Marketing and Finance

Productionise integrations, with tests and monitoring

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of Python and SQL in production

Strong AI Fluency

Experience with a cloud data platform (AWS preferred)

LLM application development (prompting, tool use, evals)

REST API integrations

Git-based engineering practice

Preferred Qualifications:

CRM data (Salesforce or HubSpot)

Data Platform (Databricks or Snowflake)

The annual gross fixed pay range for this position is EUR €56,000 - €70,000 plus variable compensation
