Africa Regional Lead, Stablecoin Solutions

We are seeking a senior business development leader to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and banking solutions within Africa, focusing on originating strategic partnerships with leading banks and enterprises. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in Foreign Exchange (FX), institutional lending, or correspondent banking to demonstrate how our platform can revolutionize treasury operations, FX settlement, and inter-bank transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire deal lifecycle, cultivating C-level relationships and structuring complex commercial agreements, while serving as a trusted advisor on digital asset implementation. Crucially, you will act as the primary driver of our stablecoin business regional growth, gathering critical market intelligence to directly inform our global product roadmap and leveraging your extensive network within Africa's financial sector to close landmark deals.
