Adult Day Center Supervisor

The Day Center Supervisor ensures participants receive a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience while at our day centers. This role oversees daily center operations, supports and leads the day center team, and helps maintain a welcoming environment that meets participants’ needs.

On the day-to-day, you will:

Guide Personal Care Assistants and Dietary Assistants, as well as direct day-to-day operations of the day center floor

Oversee scheduling efforts for the day center, including staff schedules, day center attendance, and external appointments

Partner with Transportation, Engagement, and other applicable teams to coordinate services for participants

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed

Job requirements include:

Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience, in a healthcare environment preferred

In-depth experience working with seniors in a supportive, engaging environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred
