Schedule: This is a 3–4 x11 rotating shift, alternating Wed–Sat and Thu–Sat.

Purpose

The purpose of the Additive Manufacturing Support Technician position is to support production by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. This role helps ensure the workplace remains functional, compliant, and well-maintained, through proactive facility care and attention to detail.

The Role

This role is responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards, reporting and responding to spills, leaks, system failures, and abnormal accumulations of materials. The technician will stop work and escalate concerns when housekeeping conditions create an uncontrolled hazard. The role is also responsible for procuring and maintaining cleaning equipment and using only approved cleaning methods, tools, and vacuum systems. Additionally, maintains segregation between incompatible materials and prevents powder migration between designated areas.

Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls

The ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.

Exceptional organizational skills.

Basic computer skills

Basic knowledge of housekeeping practices and cleaning equipment.

Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on experience in Additive Manufacturing, Manufacturing, and or housekeeping.

Experience in aerospace or automotive AM environments.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards is a plus.

Experience using industrial cleaning equipment.

Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices

Experience completing routine inspections and documenting housekeeping activities

Knowledge of hazardous material handling procedures and EHS requirements.

Experience with lockout/tagout (LOTO), or confined space safety programs.
