Additive Manufacturing Support Technician (2nd shift)
Schedule: This is a 3–4 x11 rotating shift, alternating Sun - Wed and Wed–Sat.

Purpose
The Additive Manufacturing Support Technician I–III supports production by maintaining a clean, safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. The role performs housekeeping, environmental service, material-control, and facility-support activities across designated production areas.
This position may be filled at the Technician I, II, or III level based on demonstrated knowledge, experience, independence, and complexity of work.
The Role
This role is responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards, reporting and responding to spills, leaks, system failures, and abnormal accumulations of materials. The technician will stop work and escalate concerns when housekeeping conditions create an uncontrolled hazard. The role is also responsible for procuring and maintaining cleaning equipment and using only approved cleaning methods, tools, and vacuum systems. Additionally, maintains segregation between incompatible materials and prevents powder migration between designated areas.

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of hands-on experience in Additive Manufacturing, Manufacturing, and or housekeeping.
Experience in aerospace or automotive AM environments.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards is a plus.
Experience using industrial cleaning equipment.
Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
Experience completing routine inspections and documenting housekeeping activities
Knowledge of hazardous material handling procedures and EHS requirements.
Experience with lockout/tagout (LOTO), or confined space safety programs.

Compensation
At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels TCH 01 - TCH 03 as evaluated through our interview process.
TCH 01: $27.00 - $37.00/hour
TCH 02: $31.00 - $43.00/hour
TCH 03: $36.00 - $50.00/hour
