Accounts Receivable Specialist

Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This role will primarily support the Accounts Receivable (A/R) function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders and invoicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review a high volume of sales orders, matching it to customer purchase orders

Invoice customers per order shipments, ensuring accurate line items, quantities, and prices

Work closely with Sales Operations and Shipping to resolve discrepancies

Review customer account balances on a regular basis

Contact customers for payment collection

Support revenue recognition reconciliations

Monitor and report on key metrics

Prepare supporting schedules for month-end close and management reporting

Prepare support for external auditor requests

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1+ years of accounting experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system preferred

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

$28.82—$43.99 USD
