Account Nephrology Representative
The Account Nephrology Representative (ANR) is a field-based sales role within Natera’s Organ Health division, focused on supporting the growth and development of an assigned nephrology territory.

The ANR partners closely with an Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to drive territory growth, strengthen customer relationships, expand market adoption, and support commercial execution across nephrology accounts. This role engages directly with nephrologists, clinic staff, and other key stakeholders to support the adoption and utilization of Renasight™ within the chronic kidney disease (CKD) community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the Organ Health Specialist to execute territory plans and achieve overall sales objectives.
Support sales activities designed to grow revenue and expand adoption across assigned nephrology accounts.
Identify opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to increase customer engagement and utilization.
Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up with nephrologists, clinic staff, and key decision-makers.
Support new account development and onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Develop a strong understanding of the territory, including key accounts, customers, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinic personnel, and other key stakeholders.
Serve as a day-to-day resource for provider offices, helping address account-related questions and support needs.
Assist customers with documentation, order status, account questions, and other needs related to the customer experience.
Coordinate meetings, follow-up communication, and ongoing engagement with provider offices.
Monitor open customer requests and ensure timely follow-through and communication.
Partner with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Customer Experience, Laboratory Operations, and other cross-functional partners, to resolve customer needs efficiently.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of account activity, customer interactions, and sales activity within CRM and internal systems.
Help ensure a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the customer journey.
Effectively utilize internal tools, reporting, and data to support territory planning and account prioritization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customers.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a broader sales and cross-functional team.

In addition to a base salary, we offer uncapped commission, a car allowance program, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
