About the Role

Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message.

As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.

Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.

Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.

Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.

Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.

Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.

Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.

Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.

Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.

At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.

Skills and Qualifications

4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.

Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.

Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.

Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.

Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.

Nice to Have

Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).

Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.

Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.

Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a report to file away.

Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.

Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.

Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.

Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.

Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.

Perks & Benefits

Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.

FSA and HSA Spending Account.

20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.

401(k) plan with company match.

100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.

Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).

Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
