This is a 12-week internship during summer 2027.

You'll join the Acceleration Programs team within the Talent Density pillar of our People Team, which works to cultivate a culture that attracts, recognizes, and accelerates top talent. As an intern, you'll align with one or more critical projects that support our number one operating priority: top talent in every seat. You'll flex program design, project management, and analytical skills while contributing to work that unlocks employees' ability to have a major impact at Coinbase.

What you'll do:

Support program design by actively contributing to brainstorms, working sessions, and development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Partner with Talent Density team members and cross-functional People Team partners to execute program logistics end-to-end

Gather and analyze feedback from various sources to assess program effectiveness and contribute actionable recommendations for future iterations

Build and maintain documentation for new and existing processes to ensure scalability and clear communication across stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience managing a project from initial concept to completion, including setting timelines and tracking deliverables

Analytical and problem-solving capability with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Organizational skills sufficient to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment without close oversight

Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
