Join the Supply Chain Logistics team for a paid summer internship focused on logistics operations, cost analysis, process improvement, and supply chain resiliency. You will support initiatives that help ensure products reach patients efficiently while contributing to projects that strengthen logistics performance and strategy. This is a hybrid internship based in Princeton, NJ requiring a minimum of 2 days on site per week.

What You Will Do

Partner with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to support service performance tracking and KPI reporting.

Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce total cost to serve.

Support business continuity and supply chain resiliency initiatives that help prepare for operational disruptions.

Evaluate and improve business processes to increase responsiveness and operational agility.

Contribute to meaningful projects that support the flow of products to patients and improve team performance.

What We Are Looking For

Rising sophomore, junior, or senior interested in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Interest in logistics, operations, business analytics, or process improvement.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Internship Requirements

Available to work for the full internship period from May 25 through August 20, 2027.

Able to work a hybrid schedule with at least two days per week onsite in Princeton, NJ and live within commutable distance. (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Able to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position will be $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.  The actual hourly rate offered for this role at commencement of employment may vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, education (including applicable licenses and certifications, job-based knowledge, location, and other business and organizational needs.
