BASE SALARY: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
MUST HAVE:
Strong follow-through and task ownership; thrives on getting things done
Understands direct response mechanics and high-volume testing environments, preferably within verticals such as financial services (investing, banking, credit cards, lending, etc), home services, insurance, or similar lead‑form categories
Experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting on test outcomes
Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS
Solid understanding of what impacts conversion, even if you're not the strategist
Working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
Ability to balance internal and external pressure to drive competing KPIs
Experience optimizing lead form pages end-to-end through UI/UX savvy
Clear communicator who can work across Copy, Design, and Media teams
Creative mindset — can spot UX friction and suggest improvements based on behavior

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in a performance marketing or CRO execution role. You’ve launched tests, owned strategy, QA and implementation, and collaborated with strategic leads to bring ideas to life.
YOUR ROLE
Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests that optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns. You’ll bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting to ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration, and you’ll balance expectations of internal and external KPIs.
Outcomes (Performance Expectations)
Test Execution: Perform continuous high-impact optimizations across device types and user journeys (e.g., copy, UI/UX, advertiser order)
QA & Launch Reliability: Ensure tests and optimizations are implemented error-free, follow spec, and are tracked accurately.
Insight Documentation: Summarize and document test results clearly to inform future optimizations.
Task Velocity Support: Partner with optimization leads to move quickly on ideas and reduce bottlenecks; and become the subject matter expert on assigned offer verticals.
Collaboration & Handoff: Work cross-functionally to get inputs, finalize creative, and prep launches efficiently.
Multi-Variable Analyses: Create and monitor clear & comprehensive reports that track multiple KPIs, both internal and external

TOTAL COMPENSATION
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
