Workplace & operations coordinator
As a Workplace and Operations Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the daily orchestration of our office environment, ensuring a high-level service experience through proactive management of front desk operations, facility maintenance, and food services. You will own the end-to-end operational lifecycle—including seamless onboarding/offboarding and travel support—while maintaining fiscal responsibility over local budgets for supplies and refreshments. By collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and global stakeholders, you will drive process improvements and execute cross-company projects that enhance the workplace culture and operational efficiency at SentinelOne.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
Manage front desk coverage, cleaning services, coffee and food services, and office maintenance to ensure a high level of service and a welcoming environment.
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies, overseeing inventory, procurement, and efficient distribution.
Manage food and kitchen facilities, providing direction to housekeepers and coordinating food and snack orders.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient handling of various operational systems and services.
Extend a warm welcome to visitors, employees, candidates, and vendors, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while ensuring compliance with company security policies.
Support travel and expense process.
Track and manage the local office supplies and refreshments budget, ensuring responsible and efficient use of financial resources.
Take an active part in executing cross-company projects with HR and Finance teams.
Work closely with global teams.
Responsible for office maintenance, repairs, and renovations, collaborating effectively with vendors and contractors.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall office efficiency. Stay abreast of industry best practices to maintain a modern and effective workplace.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a Hitech company.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage multiple projects.
Experience with budget management and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to effectively work with and learn new platforms and systems
High level of English.
Willingness to work full-time (9:00-18:00).
