Job Description:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Windows IIS Engineer. The primary responsibility will be to provide daily support for Windows Web servers and services.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree.
4-5 years of professional experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the following areas:
Managing Windows IIS server day-to-day support.
Managing Web application infrastructure.
Administering, operating, maintaining, and securing a software and COTS products.
Working with computer network configurations, Windows Server operating systems, and the understanding of TCP/IP protocol.
Providing on-call support.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the following areas:
Deploying COTS applications in a client/server network environment.
Troubleshooting web problems and providing solutions.
Troubleshooting Windows I application servers and in-house applications.
Having a working knowledge of supporting a PKI environment.
Creating windows schedules, automation and scripts.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work with in a team environment or independently.
Ability to document in the help desk application and other tools.
Responsibilities:
Perform administration, operation, and maintenance of Windows IIS web servers.
Provide support for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools and proprietary applications.
Provide day-to-day monitoring, management, and support of Windows web application infrastructure.
Support back-end infrastructure services, hardware, and software, including IIS, Active Directory, F5 Load Balancers, PKI hardware/software, client and server monitoring tools, and related technologies.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PowerShell, Python, and other Windows automation scripts.
Monitor system performance, identify deficiencies, recommend improvements, and maintain infrastructure security.
Create and maintain technical documentation and update help desk tickets accurately.
It’s essential that candidates are able to work onsite and demonstrate flexibility to cover two shifts. The morning shift begins at 7:00AM, but it’s expected that candidate arrive by 6:45AM to support the Production team and assist with other activities. The evening shift wraps up at 5:00PM, and each shift consists of 8 working hours.
Respond to production incidents and participate in an on-call support rotation as required.

Public Trust Clearance:
Many of our roles require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
Work Location:
Tria Federal, operates primarily in the Eastern Time Zone, with standard work hours from 9 AM – 5 PM ET and flexibility around start and end times based on team and customer needs. We have open-collaboration offices in Arlington, VA, and Baltimore, MD for those who prefer to work on-site.
