Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.

Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service

Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates

Remove junk safely from homes and businesses

Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)

Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs

Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance

Pay Range: $15.50/hr - $29/hr+ (Total Compensation)

Tips

Uncapped profit share & performance incentives

Overtime

Schedule: Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week

1 mandatory weekend shift

3–4 weekday shifts

Shifts run 8–10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs

Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
