Technical Consultant II
Responsibilities
Onboard new customers onto Workato by providing technical consulting, guidance and enablement that drives fast time-to-value.
Gather integration and automation requirements and lead solution design jointly with customer business and technical stakeholders.
Share best practices on deployment models, governance, integration design and build; partner with Product and Engineering on platform feedback.
Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate.
Run post-onboarding health checks and guide customers on integration and process optimizations.
Contribute reusable content — presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns and online courses — for customers and the extended team.
Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
Working knowledge of integrations, system design principles and app integration industry trends.
Working knowledge of SQL on-prem and cloud deployment models and the SDLC end-to-end.
Experience with one iPaaS (Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite).
Ability to produce quality technical documentation.
Plus: experience with JS frontend/backend; OEM/embedded SaaS or iFrame integration.
