Technical Account Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an exceptional Technical Account Manager to drive customer success with the UiPath Platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities to help enterprise customers maximize their automation investments and achieve transformational business outcomes.
What you'll do at UiPath
- Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform, being accountable for technical workstreams that drive exceptional business value
- Proactively engage with customers, providing embedded technical advisory to mature their automation programs and expand their vision of achievable goals
- Guide UiPath Platform infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting processes
- Enable customer technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices, tailored to their unique automation needs and constraints
- Conduct design and code reviews for select automations to reinforce and verify best practices
- Perform technical health checks of customer automation programs, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated support incidents efficiently
- Champion AI-powered automation solutions, helping customers leverage intelligent document processing, agentic AI, and machine learning capabilities within their automation programs
- Architect end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Document Understanding, and AI Center to solve complex business challenges
What you'll bring to the team
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio for automation development and best practices
- Proven expertise in UiPath Document Understanding (DU) for intelligent document processing solutions
- Experience in programming .NET / Java applications, with cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles
- Expertise in diverse technical topics, including software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to customer success
- The role requires English fluency, and resumes must be submitted in English
Highly Valued qualifications that stand out or a Plus:
- Experience with AI or agentic frameworks like ChatGPT,.Claude, LangGraph, CrewAI, or familiarity with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and MCP, etc
- Experience working with Intelligent Document Processing, BPMN, and process mining tools
- Background in implementing AI-powered automation solutions in enterprise environments
- Certifications in UiPath (Advanced RPA Developer, Solution Architect) or cloud platforms
