Staff Product Manager

Some businesses run one location. Others run hundreds, across different brands, different owners, and different rules for what can be shared between them. Making one platform work brilliantly for both is a genuinely hard product problem and it's the one our team solves every day.

We're looking for a Staff PM to own a critical part of that problem end to end. This is a role where you set direction, build the case for what we invest in next, and raise the product craft of the team around you not just ship features. You'll work directly with a technical Director and a team that moves fast on problems that matter to businesses managing real scale.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Own the product direction for how Mews serves multi-location and multi-brand businesses

Lead strategy and the investment case for some of our most ambitious product bets this year

Make the hard calls on complex trade-offs, in close partnership with senior engineers

Lead discovery that spans genuinely different customer types and turn it into a clear roadmap

Coach and raise the bar for the product managers and builders around you

Represent this product area in broader company planning and strategy

You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

8+ years in product, including genuine Staff or Principal PM experience owning a full product domain

Strong technical fluency — comfortable as a peer to senior engineers, not just a translator

A track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder discovery and turning it into strategy

Experience building frameworks or standards that raise the product bar for a whole team

Comfortable with AI tools as a core part of how you work

Experience with multi-location, multi-brand or multi-entity SaaS platforms is a strong plus — hospitality experience is not required
