About the Role

At Monks, Senior Designers are the backbone of creative execution at scale. You bring equal parts craft, systems thinking, and creative ambition — translating brand vision into high-quality assets that perform across global campaigns, platforms, and moments. This is not just a production role. You'll operate confidently in the space between established brand guidelines and new creative territory, pushing boundaries while ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standard of quality.

You'll work at speed and at scale — owning asset delivery for high-velocity programs and setting the craft bar for the work that goes out the door.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of high-volume, high-quality creative assets across global campaigns, maintaining brand consistency at every touchpoint

Champion brand integrity across regions — ensuring visual systems, style guides, and design standards are applied with precision and intent

Operate confidently in the "gray space" — blending established brand guidelines with fresh creative thinking to find new ways of expressing the brand

Develop, maintain, and evolve style guides and design systems built for scale, ensuring assets are consistent, adaptable, and platform-ready

Own quality assurance across deliverables — serving as the final reviewer before work reaches senior stakeholder or client review

Guide and supervise a team of production designers, providing clear creative direction, feedback, and support to ensure efficient, on-brand output

Push the boundaries of what's possible within Figma — leveraging its full capabilities to create outstanding designs and invent smarter ways of working

Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, producers, and technologists to deliver solutions that are both creatively strong and commercially effective

Present and articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to internal teams and stakeholders

Stay ahead of design trends, cultural moments, and emerging tools — bringing fresh references and creative energy to every project
