Are you a marketplace analytics expert? Are you ready to own the commercial measurement engine behind one of real estate's most visible listing-promotion products? If you want to pursue your professional goals as you help grow an innovative real estate tech company, this work is for you. Join us as our newest Senior Data Scientist, Spotlight Listings and help change the world of real estate, one home at a time.

Top reasons to apply:

Own the Business Engine: You will be the architect behind the measurement framework for the seller referral business—RDC’s largest revenue stream. This isn't just maintenance work; you are defining the KPIs and SSOT (Single Source of Truth) dashboards that leadership and FP&A rely on weekly, making your work central to the company’s financial health..

Solve High-Complexity Marketplace Problems: This is a playground for advanced analytics. You will tackle non-trivial, two-sided marketplace challenges including inventory capacity modeling, pricing/packaging optimization, and causal inference for interventions where standard A/B test assumptions often break down.

Strategic Executive Visibility: Because the seller side is the designated growth area for the next few years, this role offers high exposure to high-profile stakeholders. You won't just be presenting charts; you will be partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales to shape commercial decisions and drive measurable product impact..

What You'll Do:

Design and own the canonical performance measurement framework for Spotlight Listings — defining the KPIs that actually reflect product health at scale, building the SSOT dashboards that leadership and FP&A rely on weekly, and setting the instrumentation specs that make every new SPL surface measurable from day one

Build and maintain the inventory capacity model that determines token caps at the market level, calibrated against impression share and uplift targets, and partner with Sales to operationalize those limits as durable guardrails in Salesforce

Lead experimental design for SPL pricing, packaging, and renewal interventions — scoping tests with adequate statistical power, selecting the right estimators for a two-sided marketplace setting, and delivering readouts that are defensible at the executive level and actionable for the product team

Own SPL revenue and activation reporting end-to-end: weekly pacing for leadership, monthly inputs for FP&A, pack and subscription-level economics, and analytical support for enterprise agreements and Teams pricing pilots

Drive data quality and pipeline integrity across all SPL assets — investigating and resolving issues at root cause, coordinating with Engineering and the data platform team to close structural gaps permanently, and maintaining Tier 1 reliability standards

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales on pricing and packaging decisions, including a-la-carte vs. pack economics, guest checkout funnel conversion, and token-utilization patterns that predict renewal risk and inform proactive account outreach

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics, with a track record of owning a product or business unit's measurement framework end-to-end — not just contributing analyses to someone else's model

Deep fluency in causal inference and experimental design, including experience with marketplace or two-sided platform settings where standard A/B assumptions require adjustment

Advanced SQL and Python skills applied to large-scale clickstream and transaction data; experience with Snowflake and dbt strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into commercial decisions, with evidence that your recommendations were adopted and had measurable revenue or product impact

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree a plus
