Software Engineer Intern, Fullstack - 12 Month Internship

Your mission

You’ll help optimise our internal back-office application, that interfaces with every single product that we build, by delivering high-quality features for internal stakeholders. You’ll work across the stack, connecting frontend user experience with backend logic, to turn business needs into reliable, maintainable functionality. With support from experienced mentors, you’ll contribute to improving team efficiency and operational performance while gaining hands-on experience and learning engineering best practices in a leading fintech company.

What you’ll do

Develop Full-Stack Solutions: Contribute to the end-to-end development of our internal tools, balancing both client-side and server-side requirements.

Build Responsive UIs: Use Vue.js to create clean, intuitive, and highly functional user interfaces.

Support Backend Logic: Work with Java and PHP to maintain server-side applications, build APIs, and integrate databases.

Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, documented code and actively participate in code reviews to learn industry best practices.

Who you are

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

You are highly motivated, incredibly curious, and possess a strong desire to learn new technologies quickly.

Conceptual understanding or basic coding experience in Java and/or PHP.

Familiarity with modern JS frameworks, ideally Vue.js (or a strong willingness to learn it fast).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and can collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly with non-technical internal users.
