Job Title: ServiceNow SPM

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications based on business requirements.

Design and implement solutions across Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Strategic Planning modules.

Develop workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.

Perform root cause analysis and support production issues.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Support end-to-end SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Drive process optimization and automation within portfolio and project management functions.

Key Skills:

4.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) preferred.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Certifications :  Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD)
