Success Academy is seeking a highly analytical, independent, and specialized professional to join our People team as a Senior Specialist, People Partner. Reporting directly to the Lead, People Partner, you will serve as an advanced subject matter expert on core People operations, structural programs, and complex HR initiatives for designated client groups within the Network Office.

In this role, you are not a manager of people, but you are a premier manager of projects, processes, and specialized programs. You work completely independently to solve sophisticated problems, providing trusted, data-backed advice to team leadership and client partners alike.

How You Will Make an Impact

Manage Complex People Projects: Oversee, lead, and serve as the primary point of contact for high-impact people programs (e.g., compensation cycles, structured talent reviews, exit trends, or engagement surveys).

Deliver Trusted Advisory Expertise: Provide deep, conceptual, and practical HR knowledge to solve complex operational and employee-relations challenges. Use sophisticated analytical thought to evaluate multiple data points and design scalable solutions.

Practice Strategic Subtraction: Continuously audit established HR workflows, tools, and processes. Proactively eliminate administrative bloat and redundant tasks to keep both the People team and client groups fast and focused.

Champion High-Velocity Communication: Act with supreme operational velocity. Over-communicate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround on all communications.

Own Gaps & Mistakes: Model SA’s high accountability standards. When a project hits a roadblock or a mistake is made, own it immediately, extract the learning, and pivot FAST toward a solution.

Performance Expectations & Competencies

Specialized Knowledge: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of HR principles, talent analytics, employment law, and organizational design.

Independent Problem-Solving: Solves sophisticated, non-routine problems by taking a broad perspective to identify and implement creative, scalable solutions.

Project Leadership: Successfully designs and delivers small-to-large-scale projects from inception to completion with minimal to no supervision

High Value Alignment: Consistently demonstrates SA's ETHOS and culture of change agency. Acts with courage, addresses issues directly, and refuses to tiptoe around tough conversations.

We'd Be Excited to Hear From You If You Have:

Experience: 5 to 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a deep specialization in HR program management, complex employee relations, or HR analytics.

Technical Mastery: Advanced command of HRIS systems (specifically Workday HCM) and data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar) to diagnose organization health.

Unparalleled Independence: A proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional HR projects and delivering high-quality, polished work products under minimal guidance.

The SA Spirit: A strong "see something, say something" reflex. You run toward problems rather than waiting for instructions

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.

Compensation Range

$140,000—$160,000 USD
