As a member of Iterable’s Operations team, you will play a key role in developing strategy, process, and reporting for our growing Sales department. Your ultimate goal is to drive cross-functional strategic insights and detailed analytics into the sales process, so we can scale our business through data-driven decisions.

We have 4 main objectives: (1) provide our internal teams with process and reporting that allows them to spend minimal time with data entry and maximum time with prospects and customers; (2) provide executives with key analytics that enable them to scale the business through data-driven decisions; (3) provide our prospects and customers with the best service and experience possible; and, (4) put efficient processes in place that will scale with our growth.

What you’ll do…

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to report business KPIs, identify key insights, and suggest areas of improvement

Identify new processes and tools to increase automation, improve efficiency, and reduce manual overhead

Partner with Sales management to increase the understanding of our business, improve decision-making, and increase sales productivity

Create and maintain KPI dashboards for business partners

Perform ad-hoc analysis and come up with your own projects to support ongoing strategic and tactical business initiatives

Administration of Salesforce (create and maintain reports/dashboards, page layouts, territory module, record transfers/uploads, new user creation, etc)

Become an authority in our Sales tool stack and ensure team is using best practices

What you need…

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrable experience with Excel, Salesforce, and/or other Sales tools

Solid attention to detail and time management skills

Analytical thinker who can derive insights from data to improve process and training

A self-starter attitude who naturally sees problems

What’s nice to have…

Sales experience or experience working with Sales organizations

Experience at a high growth startup or consulting experience

Certified Salesforce Administrator and Developer

Experience with forecasting and sales territories

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $93,500 - $140,500. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
