Senior Revenue Strategy Analyst
We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Strategy Analyst to join our RevOps Insights team with a dedicated focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) analytics and insights. This senior individual contributor role is embedded directly within the CRO organization to stay close to the business and support our teams in driving upsell and new business within our customer base.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency across the data stack with exceptional communication skills and business acumen. You should be just as comfortable debugging SQL as you are discussing pipeline risk with sales leadership. You’ll act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the GTM team, anticipating data needs, surfacing key insights, and helping guide decision-making with clear, actionable recommendations. This is not just a reporting role. We’re seeking a candidate who’s curious, proactive, and comfortable working in the messy middle, where business context meets technical depth.
Based remotely in the USA (with a strong preference for MST and PST timezones), this senior individual contributor role is embedded within the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) organization and reports to the Sr. Manager, RevOps Insights.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business decisions within a SaaS or Go-To-Market environment, with a deep understanding of top-of-funnel GTM motions, SaaS metrics, revenue KPIs, and pipeline generation.
- Proven ability to own relationships with senior GTM leaders, including BDR, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders, as a strategic analytics partner who helps frame the right questions, influence direction, and drive alignment across teams.
- Experience analyzing and improving top-of-funnel performance, including lead generation, lead quality, BDR productivity, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and the handoff between Marketing and Sales.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights, recommendations, and decision points for BDR, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
- 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience, with experience building and maintaining data models using dbt to support scalable, trustworthy funnel analysis and reporting.
- Expertise with visualization tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, and experience building dashboards and self-serve reporting that help GTM teams understand funnel health, pipeline performance, and areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with revenue technology tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or 6sense, especially as they relate to prospecting, routing, attribution, activity tracking, and funnel measurement.
- Strong foundation in statistics and probability, with experience applying forecasting, predictive modeling, or operational optimization techniques to revenue analytics.
- Track record of managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and delivering measurable business impact across top-of-funnel GTM initiatives
What you can expect:
- Serve as the primary analytics partner to GTM leadership by anticipating needs, shaping the right questions, and translating complex data into strategic, actionable recommendations.
- Deliver high-impact analyses and dashboards that address critical business challenges and inform executive decision-making.
- Define, govern, and track GTM key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals and evolve them as business needs change.
- Write optimized Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, build and maintain data build tool (dbt) models, and manage version control using Git to deliver reliable analyses and scalable data pipelines.
- Design, develop, and own dashboards in Salesforce and Looker that highlight leading indicators, pipeline health, and upsell or new-business opportunities.
- Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable data solutions and onboard new data sources to support evolving GTM analytics use cases.
- Lead analytics initiatives from scoping through delivery, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and measurable business impact.
- Work directly with GTM executives to diagnose process bottlenecks, test data-driven improvements, and embed analytics into GTM strategy.
- Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistency, reliability, and strong collaboration across Analytics and cross-functional stakeholders.
