Senior Integrated Project Manager
Role: Senior Integrated Project Manager (with Advertising agency background)
Location: Hybrid (México)
Language: Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business
About the role:
This is an opportunity to join a nearshore production hub in Mexico City as Project Manager — managing the flow of creative work through a high-volume, AI-augmented studio embedded with a large, multi-brand portfolio of students, professionals, and enterprise audiences across the healthcare education sector.
Based in Mexico City, you'll be one of four Integrated Project Managers working within Brandtech Plus's proprietary workflow system, OMG — where every brief is scored, routed, tracked, and reported in real time. You will own the end-to-end project management of your assigned workstreams, ensuring every piece of work moves from brief to delivery on time, on brief, and to spec.
The Integrated Project Manager is the operational engine at the project level. You manage active briefs across one or more workstreams — creative, CRM, video, or production — coordinating across disciplines, locations, and review cycles to keep work moving. You partner closely with the Resource Manager and Program Director to surface risks, manage dependencies, and maintain SLA compliance.
What You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned creative and production projects within OMG — from brief intake and resource assignment through production, review, approval, and delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project status information within OMG at all times, ensuring the Program Director and Resource Manager have real-time visibility of all active work
Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, and QA teams to manage dependencies, review cycles, and production milestones — proactively surfacing and resolving scheduling conflicts
Track and flag SLA risks early; escalate to the Program Director with a proposed resolution before deadlines are missed
Support brief triage: review incoming briefs for completeness, flag ambiguities, and confirm scope before routing to the creative or production team
Manage version control, asset filing, and delivery logistics — ensuring all final files are correctly named, organized, and delivered to the agreed specification
Contribute to weekly status reporting and QBR preparation under the direction of the Program Director
Support the onboarding of new workstreams during the studio's transition period — documenting workflows, building project templates, and establishing clear ways of working
Communicate clearly and proactively with US-based Account Managers and client-facing team members, building effective cross-location working relationships
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or production coordination in a creative, marketing, or content production environment
Proficiency with project management tools (OMG, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — able to manage multiple concurrent projects without losing accuracy or momentum
Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage for the Mexico City hub
Experience working in distributed, multi-cultural teams across different time zones
A proactive, solutions-first mindset — you flag problems early and come with a suggested path forward
Understanding of creative production workflows across digital channels (email, paid social, display, video) is an advantage
Gen AI & Agentic Thinking
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow and resource management tools; willingness to develop proficiency with OMG's AI-assist capabilities
Systematic approach to capacity planning and problem-solving: structured, data-driven, and outcome-focused
