Senior Group Reporting Analyst

As a Reporting Analyst in our team, you’ll be working closely with your stakeholders in order to optimize financial results for a specific department in eMAG. You’ll achieve this by analyzing actuals, identifying business opportunities and risks, while understanding and correlating different business elements.

What you’ll have to do:

Developing and maintaining a close relationship with stakeholders and their team;

Preparing monthly reporting of financial data based on IFRS;

Performing monthly intercompany reconciliations;

Performing reconciliations between different sets of financial data;

Assisting with information gathering for external auditors and other external stakeholders;

Analyzing and working together with other colleagues in order to prepare and revise annual budgets;

Preparing and analyzing consolidated reports on actuals, forecasts, as well as long term plans;

Analyzing actuals and identifying financial and operational key issues that should be considered and remedied;

Preparing short and comprehensive presentations about financial results;

Getting involved in different projects and constantly contributing to team efforts in obtaining results;

Providing support in development and implementation of reporting/ budgeting/ forecasting tools;

Implement automation solutions to increase efficiency in data collection and report generation;

Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and develop their reporting capabilities

Are passionate about Finance and you want to work in a dynamic environment;

Are passionate about further developing your knowledge and skills;

Have 3-4 years of experience working in Audit, Financial Analysis or Controlling;

Have reporting and financial analysis knowledge;

Have a University Degree in Economic Studies;

Are an Excel master;

Speak English fluently;

Previous experience of working with SAP/OneStream would be a plus;

Have the ability to work with different groups and levels within an organization;

Have the ability to take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations;

Are highly organized, analytical, task focused, and multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
