SailPoint Business Analyst
We are seeking a SailPoint Business Analyst to join our Delivery Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user access across a complex enterprise environment, with a focus on access reviews, onboarding with SailPoint, and broader IAM governance. This role will ensure that appropriate access controls are maintained for both integrated and non-integrated applications while adhering to security policies, compliance standards, and best practices.

What You’ll Do:
Act as a full-time, dedicated resource supporting the SailPoint Migration project.
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand current-state workflows and processes.
Partner with business and application owners to gather, analyze, and document existing access request workflows.
Document, validate, and prioritize workflows identified for migration.
Define and document future-state workflow, governance, and access requirements.
Provide migration guidance and recommend IAM governance best practices.
Offer day-to-day project support and actively participate in project meetings and discussions.
Work closely with internal team members and external consultants to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Provide inputs, options, and recommendations to the IAM leadership team to support decision-making.
Assist in generating project-specific reports and documentation as required.
Address business queries related to the project and propose effective, practical solutions.
Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with a focus on governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint (access reviews, certifications, onboarding, and integrations).
Knowledge of and experience working with GxP-regulated systems and environments, including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools and processes
Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and Exchange.
Solid understanding of IAM and security principles (least privilege, role-based access, segregation of duties).
Proven experience handling manual and automated provisioning/deprovisioning at scale.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously. #LI-RJ1
