Pricing Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with federal government proposal cost and pricing experience to join our growing Pricing team. The Pricing Specialist will support all aspects of cost proposals including analyzing proposal solicitation requirements to preparing cost and pricing for the final submission of the cost volume. The Pricing Specialist will also regularly interact with internal customers, requiring a high level of coordination and communication. Preference is for a candidate in the Boston, MA area. This position offers the flexibility to work a hybrid or fully remote schedule.
Description & Responsibilities:
Collect, summarize, and analyze financial cost data in preparation of cost proposals
Review solicitations and define upfront the costing requirements working with the proposal team
Use critical thinking skills and attention to detail to prepare cost proposals for fully compliant submissions
Collect and organize detailed pricing documentation to serve as reference for future inquiries or audits
Provide end-to-end pricing support for all contract type proposals
Support a high volume of proposals to meet customer proposal deadlines
Perform special projects as assigned
Experience & Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have worked in a Government Contracts environment, specifically working on FAR 15 proposals and Other Transaction Agreements with various contract types (cost reimbursement, T&M, firm fixed price)
PROPRICER (or related pricing tool) experience is preferred
Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to create common formulas, like SUBTOTAL, VLOOKUP functionality, pivot tables, etc.

US Citizen with ability to obtain a government security clearance, if require
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field plus 1+ years of relevant work experience
The yearly salary range for this role is 80-90K
